Across our cities and towns, countless street dogs and cats roam the roads, often hungry, injured, and vulnerable. These animals, though part of our everyday surroundings, are frequently treated with indifference or cruelty. They face harsh weather, traffic dangers, and a lack of basic care. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
IT Nature Trust has launched Paws for a Cause, a compassionate initiative aimed at transforming the lives of street animals through community-driven care and support. This program is built on the belief that every life matters, and that kindness can be a powerful force for change.
Through Paws for a Cause, IT Nature Trust supports individuals and groups who dedicate themselves to feeding, protecting, and nurturing street animals. Volunteers are provided with resources to offer daily meals, conduct sterilization drives to humanely control the stray population, and distribute reflective collars that help prevent road accidents. The initiative also extends help for medical treatments, vaccinations, and emergency care—ensuring that these animals receive the dignity and attention they deserve. We also coordinate and work in partnership with NGO’s for the cause.
But we cannot do this alone. Every donation, big or small, helps us reach more animals and empower more caregivers. Your contribution can fund a sterilization procedure, provide food, or supply life-saving medication. It can help a street dog walk safely at night with a reflective collar or give a sick cat a chance to heal.
